New standards in customer service quality – ISO 10002: 2018

PUC ’Parking Servis’ has been awarded with the certification in satisfaction and customer service, according to the international standard ISO 10002: 2018.

By implementing this standard, Parking Servis aims to create a customer-oriented culture, focused on fulfilling their needs and meeting their expectations.

Parking Servis’s new certification adds to existing certifications as the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management standard, as well as the certification of the ISO 14001 – an environmental management standard and OHSAS 18001 – health and safety management standard, which together represent the most recognized certificates in the field of quality management.
