JKP “Parking Servis” Beograd is on the basis of Article 18g of the Decision of public car parks (City of Belgrade Gazette no. 12/10 – proofread text 37/11, 42/11 and 1/14) authorized to clamp a parked vehicle in accordance with the Law in order to collect outstanding debts.

The vehicle is CLAMPED and cannot be moved from the public car park, and the warning sticker with the information about the conditions of de-clamping is put on the visible place.

The order for vehicle clamping is issued only if three conditions are met:

• there is an outstanding debt for at least two electronic daily parking tickets,
• it is not possible to identify the driver i.e. the vehicle owner through Republic of Serbia judicial authorities database,
• it is not possible to enforce a process of debt collection.

VEHICLE DE-CLAMPING INSTRUCTIONS:

If the driver i.e. the vehicle owner pays the outstanding debts and submit a proof of payment, the vehicle will be de-clamped. If the vehicle is moved from the public car park and towed away, the driver i.e. the vehicle owner can take the vehicle only after providing proof of payment.

The driver i.e. the vehicle owner pays the costs of vehicle towing, clamping and de-clamping of the vehicle.

Vehicle de-clamping fee is 4000 dinars.

The fee of towing wheel-clamp vehicle to the depot for removed cars is the same for all vehicles, regardless of weight, and amounts to 8830 dinars.

SETTLING THE DEBT:

IN TOTAL – By paying the total debt on the basis of the issued electronic daily parking tickets, in accordance with the valid Decision of public car parks and on the basis of the removal and storing of the vehicle, calculated according to the valid price list of the Company.

Upon the proof of payment is submitted referred to Paragraph 4 of this article our employee shall de-clamp the vehicle and if the vehicle has been moved from the public car park, the debtor can take his vehicle only after submitting the proof of payment.
