23.06.2011.

JKP ‘Parking Servis' has decided through the campaign ‘Baby parking ticket' to meet the needs of all of you who have got a new family member. Parents of the new Belgrade citizens, born from 1st of June 2011 will get free ‘Baby parking tickets', which will grant them 30 hours of free parking in all parking zones in the capital.

The campaign aim is to make it easier for parents to park during their visits to a pediatrician and while doing other necessary jobs in the first year of parenthood. On this occasion a press conference was held and Boban Kovačević, the Managing Director of JKP ‘Parking Servis' congratulated the parents expressing his hope that this campaign will help them to cope with the new beginning.

A ‘Baby parking ticket' is valid 60 minutes in all three zones. As the parking is limited to one, two or three hours, depending on the parking zone, it is necessary that a user writes on the ticket a date, hour and minute when the parking started and then put one, two or three tickets depending on the length of parking on a visible place in the windshield, respecting the time limit of the zone in which the vehicle is parked, Baby parking tickets' are valid for a year from the acquisition date and they are issued at ‘Parking Control Service' in Starine Novaka Street no. 22, from 07:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and from 07:00 to 14:00 on Saturday.

In order to get this ticket parents must submit to inspection their ID, vehicle registration and a baby birth certificate. ‘Baby parking tickets' are marked with a serial number which is linked to a vehicle register plate number thus rendering any misuse of the ticket impossible.

RIn addition to ‘Baby parking tickets' ‘Parking Servis' has provided stickers ‘Baby on a car park', which warn other drivers to leave enough space around the vehicle in which there is a baby.

JKP ‘Parking Servis' wishes to congratulate to all parents on their new-born babies, hoping to make this city a better place for all citizens and especially for the youngest ones.
