Dispose of the debt using our debt relief scheme

JPUC ‘Parking Servis' would advise our customers who have not paid fully for the daily tickets yet that they can sign a debt relief scheme contract with our Company by 28th April. 152 customers have so far signed a repayment of debt contract as a best way to solve a problem of their debt. We would invite all our customers with an outstanding debt related to daily tickets to contact us and regulate repayment of debt with our debt relief scheme. By deciding not to use debt-collecting services in this period we want to show our good will to our customers. Upon the deadline expiration, JKP ‘Parking Servis' will have no other means but to collect the debt through an enforcer in accordance with the Law of safety and enforcement. Reprogramom je predviđen otpis kamate u celosti za sve dužnike, odnosno potpisnike sporazuma, kao i otpis dela duga za dužnike koji jednokratno uplate ostatak duga ili plaćanje duga na rate uz odgovarajući procenat otpusta dela duga. The debt relief scheme means that the interest will be completely written off for all the debtors i.e. all those who signed up to the debt relief scheme as well as for the debtors who entirely pay off the rest of their debt. Also, if they opt to pay off their debt through installments a certain percentage of their debt will be written off. To the debtors who submit a claim within this deadline, 30% of the debt will be written off if they fully pay the debt. Between 10 and 15% of debt will be written off for the debtors who decide to pay in 6, 12, 18 or 24 monthly installments. All those who defaulted on daily tickets and decided to pay off their debt in this way, can file a Claim for Debt Relief Scheme at ‘Parking Servis' offices in Starine Novaka Street no. 22, Kraljice Marije no. 7 and Mileševska no. 51. The Claim can be downloaded from our site www.parking-servis.co.rs, filled out and then sent to our email reprogram@parking-servis.co.rs.
