Finally – soccer players hit the target

The five a side football competition, in which 12 teams have taken part, has been organized by SD ‘Crvena Zvezda’ within Belgrade Business League.

The tough competition did not stop us to reach the finals where we faced the Maxi team. The toughest opponents were beaten by 2 – 1, and the goals for our team were scored by Dejan Novakovic and Aleksandar Visnjic.

We have kept the fitness and motivation at high level throughout the tournament and deservedly won the first place, said the captain Aleksandar Stanojsic.

The winning team members have been practising and playing together for four years, which had crucial influence on teamwork and stability and these qualities led the team to the throne.

During the short interview with the team captain Aleksandar Stanojsic we came to the conclusion that for JKP ‘Parking Servis’ team there are no teams that cannot be beaten. Aleksandar particularly singles out a player from Parking Control Department, Dejan Nikolic who has significantly improved teams’ offensive skills since he joined.

Stanojsic points out to the weak response and low interest for the sport within the company and appeals to the colleagues, that if somebody is good at soccer, to join the champions and bring the new quality to the team.

These are the players who have won the trophy: Srđan Bogunović, Miodrag Gojković, Milivoj Živojinov, Miloš Pavić, Dejan Novaković, Aleksandar Višnjić, Momčilo Popić, Aleksandar Stanojšić, Milutin Kostin, Miodrag Vasić, Denis Muratović i Dejan Šalipurović.
