Garage “27. Marta” opened in full capacity

“Parking servis” Belgrade finished reconstruction of garage “27. Marta”, which is now available for all residents in full capacity, with 193 parking spaces. Garage, named by the street where it is located, is completely reconstructed and a new roof is made. Deputy Major Goran Vesic and director of “Parking servis” visited reconstructed garage.

Five months ago, “Parking servis” has started with reconstruction works on garage reserved for residents of this quarter of Belgrade. Demanding reconstruction of 5.150 sqm, destroyed by decade atmospheric water leakage, provided new drainage, fire protection and hydrant system, floors moisture protection, new wall colors, and garage entrances rehabilitation.

Complete reconstruction was planned through phases, in order to provide parking for residents during works. After the first reconstruction phase, the complete lower level was repaired, which provided residents 88 new parking car spaces and 21 for motorcycles.

The garage is equipped with LED lights with motion detection sensors, video security surveillance, secured stairs with automated pedestrian access and intercoms, as part of constant service quality rising in garages managed by “Parking servis”.

Since 2017, “Parking servis” has reconstructed and renovated 20 residential garages, providing inhabitants 1.314 parking spaces for cars and 214 for motorcycles, on 35.600 square meters. Also, a new garage with 32 parking spaces in Gandijeva Street is opened.
