Mayor Siniša Mali visits PUC "Parking servis"

Mayor f the Belgrade visited today "Parking servis" and talked with the management of the company about business results and further plans for the next year.

- "Parking servis“ had revenue od 700 million dinars last year , and planned even more for the current year. This only means more money for the city, since this company 85 % of its revenue transfers to capitol's budget. "Parking servis“ has made a great deal of savings, thanks to the better organised and centralised public procurement, the same way city government saved 230 million dinars. - said city mayor Siniša Mali.

Director of the "Parking servis“ Andrija Čupković has shown the mayor development plans of the company, future investments, reconstruction of the existing and building of the new garages as well as the  ways of the thorough developing and upgrading parking system in Belgrade.

- With the construction of the underground garage "Studentski trg“ and the upgrade of the "Obilićev venac“, city will gain around 1000 new parking spaces, and there was some words shared about another planned garage under the Kneza Miloša Street. Besides, we have lowered the prices at most of our car parks, renewed around  80 % of our 4 garages in the city centre and implemented the info-boards. Next year we are implementing Start-Stop system and sensors at on-street parking, and showing to the citizens how their money paid for parking is used for their satisfaction. - said Čupković.

During the visit, Mayor of Belgrade talked to employees about workplace conditions in reconstructed facilities of ” Pionirski grad “.
