International experience exchange with colleagues from “Zagrebparking”

PUC “Parking servis“ delegation led by the managing director Andrija Čupković, finished today its business visit to the Zagreb, during which experiences and accomplishments within parking services were discussed with the “Zagrebparking”.

Managing director of “Parking servis” Andrija Čupković talked with the principal of City Office for Physical Planning, Construction of the City, Utility Services and Transport Dinko Bilić and head of the association of “Zagrebparking” Ana Preost about possibilities of further development of these entities.

“We are constantly working and finding our ways to develop services, experience exchange is just one of them. "Zagrebparking" is quiet interesting to us as it, thanks to specific cooperation with The Ministry of Interior, offers the possibility to the customers of doing business online and all its consequential benefits. We have made some steps towards this and this visit has done us good. We on the other hand showed our Zagreb colleagues how some of the savings were made last year, and the topic that was very interesting to them was about dealing with the vehicle owners who could not be identified by our MoI” briefly said Čupković.

Delegation of PUC “Parking servis” was also shown the zone system and the latest, most modern garage in Zagreb. Delegation visited the Embassy of Republic of Serbia, and had a conversation about the economy and ways of cooperation.
