Fines for parking on disabled persons parking places

Municipality communal inspectors will carry out closer examination of parking places reserved for disabled persons at the municipalities Stari grad, Savski venac, Palilula, Zvezdara and New Belgrade from 26.11 to 30.11.

By order of communal inspection, JKP ‘Parking Servis' tow trucks will remove illegally parked vehicles, so that disabled persons can use parking space assigned to them.

JKP ‘Parking Servis' takes this opportunity to once more remind the drivers that parking on 563 places for disabled persons in Belgrade is allowed only to the disabled persons who have an appropriate privileged ticket for parking, which is issued by JKP ‘Parking Servis' based on the certificate by Department of social services and child protection.

The owners of illegally parked vehicles will be charged 8 062 dinars for removing the vehicles from reserved places.

This is only one in a series of activities that JKP ‘Parking Servis' has planned in order to mark 3rd December, The International Day of Disabled Persons.
