New green parking zone at New Belgrade

As of Monday, August 28th, parking spaces in Block 28 at New Belgrade will be included in the zonal parking system. Control of parking fees will be carried out from September 11. By distributing flyers with basic information, PUK "Parking Service" will inform residents and visitors of this part of the city about the new billing system over the next two weeks.

Based on the amendments to the Decision on general parking lots, the green zone parking rules will be applied in Block 28 in the future. It will include 935 parking spaces, bordered by the Arsenije Čarnojević Blvd, Umetnost Blvd, Milutin Milanković Blvd and Španskih boraca Str.

Parking control and collection will be carried out on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and parking will be time-limited to 180 minutes, with the option to pay for another hour of parking after the third paid hour has expired.

The price of an hour of parking in the green zone is 45 dinars, while the price of an extended parking hour is 140 dinars. Drivers can pay for parking by sending an SMS message to the number 9113, via a smartphone application or by purchasing an electronic parking ticket at kiosks.

Tenants who have a registered residence in the streets belonging to Block 28, and own a car in their own name, have the right to a preferential parking ticket (ePPK), which they can buy at the branches of the "Parking servis" Customer Service, but also via the electronic counter. The monthly preferential parking ticket for tenants is 500 dinars, while it is free for people with disabilities.
