Old tickets for disabled persons are valid until 31st March

The deadline for issuing the parking tickets for free use of specially marked parking places for persons with disabilities has been extended until the 31st March. Old stickers from 2013. will be valid until then. The new stickers are issued in accordance with the new Decision and it is obtained at Social Service Secretariat and should be submitted together with the traffic license, identity card and a passport photograph.

This year so far only 559 stickers have been issued and in 2013 more than 2000. Because of that we are going to extend the deadline so that all the people who are entitled to the sticker have sufficient time to avail of it.

Our customers can get their stickers for 2014 every weekday from 07.00 until 21.00 hours and between 07.00 and 14.15 on Saturdays at ‘Parking Service' offices in Kraljice Marije Street no. 7, Mileševska 51 and Starine Novaka 22.

If they have a sticker, disabled persons are entitled to 3 hours of free parking on specially marked places in all garages, fast car parks and special car parks.

On car parks ‘Parking 42' and ‘Ada Ciganlija' parking is free for the sticker owners. On ‘VMA' car park parking is free for 8 hours. In the zoned parts of the city parking is free and unlimited on about 300 parking places that are specially marked for disabled drivers.

We would appeal to all the drivers who are entitled to the sticker to submit necessary documents in ‘Parking Servis' offices as soon as possible so as to avoid long queues and potential problems because the deadline for their issuing will not be extended after 31st March.
