The Public Utility Company "Parking Service" has announced changes to parking fees in garages and parking lots starting January 1, 2025. The adjustments will also apply to monthly subscriptions for residential garages and the value of time-based parking pass cards. This marks the first change in garage fees since 2018.
In the "Obilićev Venac" garage, the hourly parking rate will increase from 120 to 150 dinars starting in January. In the garages "Masarikova," "Zeleni Venac," "Pionirski Park," and "Dr. Aleksandar Kostić," the price for the first commenced hour will remain the same (100 dinars), while the price for each additional hour will be 150 dinars.
The prices for the first hour of parking at some parking lots remain unchanged, while at the "Čukarica," "Belville," and "New Belgrade" parking lots, the first hour's rate has been reduced from 70 dinars to 50 dinars. In the "Botanical Garden" garage and the "Cvetkova pijaca" and "Milan Gale Muškatirović" parking lots, the first hour's rate will drop from 60 to 50 dinars. The price for each additional hour in these facilities will be 100 dinars.
Single-day parking at the "Ada Ciganlija" parking lot will increase from 150 to 200 dinars.
Parking a vehicle in a reserved parking space with a charger for electric and hybrid vehicles will cost between 300 and 350 dinars per hour, while a single daily parking fee in garages will range from 1,500 to 2,000 dinars.
"Parking Service" continually improves the quality of services offered to its users. In recent years, new parking capacities have been built, including the "Pinki" garage and parking lots such as "Belville," "New Belgrade Railway Station," "Vidin Kapija," "Bežanijska Kosa," and "Ljermontova." All garages and parking lots have been fully renovated, equipped with modern technology, and are regularly maintained.
