"Pionirski park“ accommodations and repairs

Since the April 1st "Parking servis" has started with the repairs and accommodations of the  „Pionirski park“ garage. Ramps, hallways, pay stations, horizontal and vertical traffic signs were renewed, with other accommodations for the customers, such as common areas. Also caution boards were installed, for the drivers and companions safety.

„When all is done, we will start with the installment of the ventilation system, fire system and water pipes replacement. I myself found these public garages in one rather neglected state. This nonchalance and the absence of any investment in a public garages, as it used to be until now, is quite unacceptable. This is a garage in the very heart of the city with the great amount of vehicles flow every day. If it had been continued this kind of negligence would have been easily endangered the garage constructions. Therefore „Parking servis“ will need mainly and firstly to repair these garages, and afterwards make its effort on creating new parking spaces. That does not mean that there will not be new parking facilities, only that we will have to prioritize our investments,“ says managing director of the PUC "Parking servis” Andrija Čupković.

Mentioned works on sprinkler system, ventilation and gas detection in "Pionirski Park" garage will be executed in accordance with the Agency for Investments of the Belgrad and The Institute Transportation CIP.  Repairs and renewal of the other public garages, are expected to start in summer.
