My Name is Nikola Živlak and I would like to thank your employee Mr. Srđan Ristić who works at the car park at ‘Nikola Tesla' airport.

He is a conscientious worker and a lovely person.

Two weeks ago in February I arrived in Belgrade. Because of the long journey and exhaustion I left my backpack with the lap top, documents and money in it on the airport car park. It was late at night, dark and raining.

Having arrived home after a few hours I realized I had lost my bag. I called the police and the customer service desk at the airport but to no avail. Luckily, I contacted Mr. Ristić who made an exceptional effort and found the bag under some car and returned the bag with its contents to me.

Well done Mr. Ristić! People like you restore faith in humanity and make this life look much more optimistic and beautiful. I personally believe that it is a great honor to have a man like him in your company and I hope that you recognize that as well.

It would be nice if this news could be published in some paper because I think we need more positive news like this in our country.
