Friends of the ‘Easter children's cycle race Vrčin'

Pod pokroviteljstvom opštine Grocka, juče je održana „Uskršnja dečja biciklijada Vrčina".

Under the auspices of the Grocka municipality the ‘Easter children's cycle race Vrčin' took place yesterday.

This is the sixth consecutive race in which pre school and elementary school children, divided in 8 competitive groups, took part.

JKP ‘Parking Servis' responded to the organizer appeal and became ‘a friend of the event' for the first time.

Before the start of the races our staff, promoters of the campaign ‘Pupils ask you - slow down by the school' explained to the participants how to behave on road when they are cyclists.

We handed over high visibility vests to first three winners of each age group explaining to them the importance of wearing these vests not only when they are pedestrians but when they are cyclist as well. The organizers of the ‘Easter children's cycle race' expressed their gratitude by presenting us with the ‘Victor of Belgrade' statue hoping that we'll see each other again next year.
