At full steam since 5 o'clock this morning

Since the morning hours JKP ‘Parking Servis' winter service teams have been clearing off the snow in the first priority zone.

Around 500 staff organized in 35 teams have been engaged in cleaning the pavements in the first priority zone. When the snow is removed the teams which are equipped with 14 manual salt spreaders take over.

Machinery has been engaged in cleaning parking facilities since 5 o'clock this morning. 8 bob-cat machines, 6 combined machnes, 4 multi-car vehicles and 3 riders have been deployed. Snow has been cleaned from 44 locations - at the entrances of multi-level garages, garages with reserved parking places and special car parks.

In addition, 4 JKP ‘Parking Servis' winter service teams are cleaning accesses to the fast park garages, three teams are deployed at the salt spreader vehicle and two intervention teams cover the most sensitive spots i.e. areas around state institutions, hospitals and parking places for disabled persons.
