The driver who damaged PUC ‘Parking Servis' clamp will be brought to court

The City Attorney General of Belgrade filed on 2nd April a report to the City Public Prosecutor's department on the incident which took place on 1st April on a public car park in Ilije Garašanina Stree no. 16, number of parking place 7. An unidentified perpetrator damaged the clamp and attacked JKP ‘Parking Servis' staff.

JKP ‘Parking Servis' staff clamped the ‘Opel Corsa' car, Bosnia and Herzegovina plate number M48A839. The car got clamped in accordance with the article 18 of the Decision of public car parks because the owner avoided paying for parking on numerous occasions. An unidentified person who was in the car removed the clamp and damaged it so it cannot be used any longer. JKP ‘Parking Servis' team found the driver sitting in the car and then he drove off refusing to stop. The police patrol happened to be nearby and it blocked and stopped him. This vehicle was towed away from the location and moved to the depot in Blok 42 at Novi Beograd. During the whole incident a photo shoot was carried out and it proves that the Company's staff acted in accordance with the abovementioned Decision and Company's internal regulations.

As an unidentified person damaged the clamp so that it can no longer be in use Attorney General of Belgrade filed on 2nd April a report to the City Public Prosecutor's department where further action against the perpetrator will be taken.
