The first part of this year's campaign is completed

This year's campaign ‘Pupils ask you - slow down by the school' commenced on the 7th October 2010. Due to a great number of primary schools on the territory of Belgrade, which should be visited, the campaign has been divided into two parts and their time frame match the first and the second term of the school year 2010/11. 15 000 pupils enrolled the first grade of a primary school this year at the territory of Belgrade.

The first part of the campaign was carried out in the period between 1stOctober and 17thDecember. The campaign promoters in partnership with the representatives of the Traffic Police of the City of Belgrade visited 62 primary schools and gave away 6 271 high visibility vests.

It has been planned that the second part of the campaign is carried out in the spring term of the 2010/11 school year which starts on 17th January 2010. By the end of the school year we should visit eight remaining Belgrade municipalities and 85 primary schools and get together with their first graders.
