STATEMENT OF THE APPLICANT

Hereby, the applicant for the establishment of a subscriber relationship gives explicit consent to "Parking servis" Belgrade, as a personal data handler, to provide following personal data: name and surname, phone number, e-mail address, place, address place of residence, ID number and vehicle registration number can be processed for the purpose of submitting a request for the establishment of a subscriber relationship, and for potential conclusion of the Agreement on the provision of vehicle parking services, as well as establishing and keeping records of processing actions by the operator.

I hereby confirm that I have been informed by "Parking servis" Belgrade about the rights, obligations and responsibilities regarding the personal data protection, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and the Rulebook on the Personal Data Protection of the Company, through the General Notice for Clients , business partners, service users, persons who visit the official website, as well as the Company Portal, service users who use mobile applications, job candidates, etc. (Notice No. 1), which is available on the official website www.parking-servis.co.rs, as well as in the business premises of the Company.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data when submitting a request for the establishment of a subscriber relationship is the consent of the person to whom the personal data relates, and data processing is carried out for the purpose of submitting a request for the establishment of a subscriber relationship, and the potential conclusion of the Agreement on the provision of vehicle parking services, as well as the establishment and maintenance of records of processing actions by operators.
